• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, or a related field
• Supervising daily production activities to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved
• Coordinating and monitoring production staff to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Ensuring all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications
• Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and standards
• Managing employee attendance, performance, and daily work allocation
• Providing coaching, training, and support to production team members
• Monitoring the efficient use of raw materials, equipment, and other production resources to minimize waste
• Reporting production performance, downtime, and operational issues to the Production Manager
• Assisting in the implementation of production plans, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinating with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations
• Maintaining accurate production records and preparing daily production reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and manufacturing procedures
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
